D2C Startup: ETIQL

ETIQL is the world’s largest membership-based direct-to-consumer lifestyle and fashion brand. They are working to transform consumerism by offering its members high-quality products at cost price, made by European luxury artisans.

Etiql is a really exciting, innovative new business model that has a big mission: They are trying to completely transform consumerism. By offering high-quality products made by European luxury manufacturers at cost price, their mission is to change consumer behaviour. By making high quality products accessible to more customers, their vision is to encourage people to buy less, choose well, and make their purchases last. This is underpinned by a repair and resale model, which is the first step towards a circular business model.

I create content for Etiql and help them articulate their vision. By writing 3x weekly newsletters, social media captions, LinkedIn posts and website copy, I give a voice to their brand. I liaise closely with the management team and produce my work in a tight-knit team with an art director and graphic designer.
